Our journey is one of transformation, a metamorphosis not unlike the butterfly emerging from its cocoon. We are all capable of such change, of such growth, and it begins with a single, powerful thought: "I am enough."

I'm sharing not just what I know, but also what I don't know, and what I'm working through. Because it's okay to be vulnerable, in fact it's needed. It's important to acknowledge our challenges & dark places so we may bring the light to our shadow sides. After all, as Rumi said, "The wound is the place where the Light enters you."
To transform our lives ... to transform people's lives, we must let the light into our businesses, practices, and strategies. We can practice total acceptance of where we are in this moment, for there is nothing to "fix" -- yet, everything must shift.
We can be here, now, doing what our soul calls us to do ... because WE. ARE. ENOUGH!!
