Hi, I'm Melissa.
I've worked behind the scenes of online businesses since 2013, building funnels, automations, workflows, websites, courses, memberships, customer journeys and the systems that keep all of those pieces moving.
But the technology has never been the whole story.
I naturally see both the big picture and the smallest moving parts inside it. How an offer affects a workflow. Where a process will eventually break. What can be automated. What still requires human judgment. How the pieces connect. And whether the business being built actually supports the woman who has to live inside it.
That's why my work sits at the intersection of self, strategy, systems and technology.
I'm interested in what you want to build, but also in what your life can hold, what you want the business to make possible, what you refuse to sacrifice and what kind of support the structure underneath it needs to provide.
The goal isn't more machinery for you to manage. It's a business that can carry some of the weight back.
THE WRITING

I write about the places where business and being human keep colliding.
The patterns underneath the strategy. The pressure underneath the performance. The beliefs underneath the business model. The places where technology can support us, and the places where it should never replace us.
Some pieces begin with business. Some begin with grief, capacity, identity, self-trust, money, visibility, relationships, ambition, rest, or the body.
